Private Lessons & Packages
A private lesson means that only one account on the website can buy that lesson. Each private lesson has 1 spot, meaning one account can purchase it. Then it's full. Even if you have purchased a 2 Student Package, you still only use 1 spot, and then that lesson is full.

2- Students
greatly prefer students who are the same skill level otherwise some of the skills that are taught will only be benefiting one student or the other student. I can make it work. It's just sometimes not as effecient.

Illness
If you are sick anyone can be a substitute.

​​Registration - Private Lessons
Starting in January 2026 Charke Swim will switch to a membership system for Private Lessons. You can purchase 1, 4, 10, 20 or 40 lessons (or multiples of those to make any number you want.) Then you can look at a booking callendar which shows what Days, Times and Instructors and you can pick each lesson time you want. These lessons expire after 1 year if not used.
Booking Callendar - After you purchase a package to get lessons, this is where you choose your times and dates.

​Flash Sales
Packages can't buy Flash Sales. If you buy 4 lessons, you can't, for example, spend 1/2 a lesson to buy a Flash Sale, which is typically 50% off. This is a limitation of the software. Flash Sales must be purchased separately. They will appear the way lessons appeared before 2026 in a separate section.

Cancellations - 48 hours notice
Private Lessons can be cancelled up to 48 hours before each session.
Classes can only be cancelled up to 48 hours before the -first- session. (There are no classes at Pacific Shores.)
