Open Easter

Hi Everyone. Classes will be running all Easter. I created these classes months ago when I had just hired my first staff and expanded and wasn't looking closely at holidays yet. Rather than contact 72 students and issue 72 single session refunds, I've decided just to run the classes on Monday. In the future, we will probably be closed for Good Friday.

March 30 Report Cards

Hi Everyone,

We sent out some of the March 30th Report Cards early and this has generated a few questions.

These classes are still running until March 30th. You've got two more sessions.

Yes, there is a chance that an incomplete assessment could become a complete assessment. In this case the Report Card would be updated and re-emailed to you.

Digital Report Cards are new to us and we're still trying to figure out how and when to issue them but in the future I think they will be emailed after the last class. If you have any other concerns, please email me at MCharke@aol.com. Sincerely,

Website Overhaul

After nearly a month of planning, listening to comments and looking at other sites, I've overhauled the booking system. This solves a problem where the software was limited to 200 bookings (and we have over 250) by splitting them up. I've also sorted the Bookings by Type of Lesson rather than by Month. I had a lot of people who could not find certain lessons and I hope this helps. No classes have been changed. Your classes will run as scheduled. (Please remember that classes that are full are hidden on the site so other people don't have to scroll through them. These classes are still run as scheduled.) Sincerely,
