Hi Everyone,

Automatic Reminders - Please Ignore
The cancelled classes for Stephenson Point are still sending out Automatic Reminders 24 hours before the class would have started. Sorry about the confusion but I need these old classes to know who I still need to Switch/Refund/Credit. Slowly they are getting deleted though.

Nanoose Bay Classes - Maybe Nov 1st I just got word a few minutes ago that we may be starting Nanoose Bay Classes on Nov 1st. I will be running 2 classes at a time from 3-7PM on Monday to Thursday.

New Instructors, More Beban Classes - Parent & Tot, Preschool, Private Lessons
I've almost run out of classes at Beban but I am trying to get 4 more staff members working there. As early as tomorrow I might have more lessons. My priority is adding Parent & Tot, Preschool and Private Lessons. Please be patient if these are the classes you are waiting for. I have a list veryone who asked for them that I will talk to and try to address in order. I can't always do it in order, sorry. Refunds (Switch and Credit) I've started refunds and I maxed my card out already but I'll have that sorted out in a few days. If I haven't issued you a refund and you see a new class you want, or would be happy with a credit, please continue to send me emails requesting them. (I need the title of your old class and the new one and I can switch you over, or just the old one for a credit.) Previous Switches/Credits I'm continuing to work through these. Sincerely, Mark Charke MCharke@aol.com

This information for Switching from a class at Stephenson Point Road Pool over to a class at Beban Park Pool. Refunds are slow and I lose transaction fees and I would rather keep you as a customer and move you from one class to another, if the new times work for you.

Information
I need the Title, or at least the Level/Date/Time for both the Old class and the New class, so I can find them. If your account name is different from your name, please tell me.

For Example;
Old: Preschool 1-2, 5:30PM,T/Th, Aug29-Sept28
New: Preschool 3-4, 6-6:30PM,Sat,Oct14-Dec16

I am unable to search for classes by student name or order receipt.
If there is a price difference I will do a refund if the new class is cheaper or ask for payment if it's more. I'm trying to do these in the order received to be fair, as their are limited spots, and I'm doing about 40-50 a day and there are 80+ left to do right now.

I have changed classes and will continue to do so based on need and attendance. I am trying to hire additional instructors and will add more classes as instructors become available. There are a small number of classes I am not showing on the website so they don't fill and there some room to move people. There were no requests or signups for Parent & Tot for a few days and I deleted the class for a needed one. Since then there has been several requests and I'm going to try find room for a class.
Sincerely,
Mark Charke

Hi Everyone,
Sorry about the second email but I've had over 100 emails in the last hour and there are a lot of similar questions that need to be answered. Interrupted Classes If you were in a class that was running but stopped because of the fire, I'm going to send you a refund for the missed sessions. Please bear with me. These take more time than regular refunds. Nanoose Bay
I'm not going to switch anyone to Nanoose Bay. I don't know when those classes will start but it will be a few weeks at least and refunds should be done by then. Unfortunately the only option for switching is to the Saturday classes at Beban which run between 5PM and 8:30Pm.
\ Switching Classes
I need the Title of your Old Class and New Class to do a switch. I can't do it without the New Class. I can sometimes do it without the Old Class but it takes 5 to 20 minutes to search for the class and it doesn't always work because of multiple signups and changed classes. For Example:
Old: Swimmer 3, 2:30PM, Sat, Oct7-Dec2
New: Swimmer 3, 6:30-7PM, Sat, Oct 14-Dec 16

Here is a link to the new Classes https://www.charkeswim.com/fall-lessons

Sincerely,
Mark Charke www.Charkeswim.com
